Village Women
Inspired by the great Indian master painters, this series emulates a combination of contemporary and traditional Indian art. The paintings depict village belles who move from village to village for water, work, and trading essential items. These women represent the true essence of country folk, for whom the borders and boundaries between villages do not matter. They keep toiling and moving on.
