Prisoner

Prisoner is dedicated to the artist’s origins in the south of Italy, where he sees a climate of anarchy without any ethical or moral obligations among people. Once he gave structure to the visuals, he struggled to find an interlocutor: a figure to which he could address his inner clashes. He soon found that the figure of the child (“bambina”) embodies the hope for a future generation, one that he can inspire through the image of the removal of the prison locking him in his native environment.

Claudio Errico is a digital artist based in Ravenna, Italy. He works in the advertising industry.

Born in Naples, Italy in 1991, he began his career as a still life photographer at the age of 22. After several advertising campaigns, he became drawn to computer graphics and digital imaging. He found in this flow of work the possibility to express concepts of increasing diversity by expanding his spectrum of possibilities. Thanks to computer graphics technology, matte painting, and compositing photographs, he is able to give form to his imagination without boundaries.

His goal is to express himself as an independent artist and to continue working in advertising to serve environmental, animal, and humanitarian rights associations, thereby contributing to the improvement of the environment around him.
